Terms of Service

Draft – replace with your final terms before launch (have a lawyer review them).

The service

PennyLoot shows publicly visible price and stock information for Home Depot stores near you. PennyLoot is not affiliated with The Home Depot. Prices and stock change quickly; we don't guarantee that any price is available, and stores may refuse to sell penny-priced items.

Free trial and billing

New members get a 3-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription renews automatically at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account.
